Meet Claire

NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST & NLP PRACTITIONER

I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a Master’s degree in Personalised Nutrition and additional training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to support clients with behaviour change.

My interest in this field grew from personal experience. After the birth of my two children, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune thyroid condition. That moment really changed the direction of my life. I wanted to understand how nutrition could help me manage my own health while also supporting the wellbeing of my young family, including my husband who worked irregular shifts.

Before retraining, I worked in the corporate sector, but I came to realise my true passion was elsewhere. I wanted to dedicate myself to helping others use nutrition and lifestyle as tools for better health. This led me to study with the Centre for Nutrition Education & Lifestyle Management (CNELM), where I completed a Diploma in Personalised Nutrition Practice, followed by a Master of Science (MSc.) in Personalised Nutrition at Middlesex University.

I am a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and also registered with the UK’s voluntary regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners, the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).

Today, I work with clients to create tailored, practical strategies that are rooted in science. By combining nutritional expertise with behaviour change approaches from NLP, I aim to help people achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their health.
